Caitlin Shmidheiser

Originally born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Caitlin made aliyah when she graduated high school in 2002. She lived on many different kibbutzim and development cities around Israel, working in different facets of social justice for Israeli society. Caitlin split her B.A. in Jewish Studies between Tel Aviv University and Gratz College. A few months ago, she moved back to Philadelphia from Israel. She felt very passionately about continuing her connection to Israel and Jewish education. As fate would have it, Caitlin found the perfect match at Hillel of Greater Philadelphia, and is very excited to be the Israel fellow at Temple and Drexel University.
